Day 4 May 1

First Day of Dog Training School!

So Giselle decided to add a little "spice" to my day... After 3 kids, I can honestly say that not a lot embarrasses me anymore. But Giselle definitely managed to prove it's still possible!
We were in a little shop of health food items and books. We were in the back where the produce was and the store keeper came to ask if she could help us with anything. Giselle pipes up "Nope we're fine! We're just stealing stuff." And she looked so serious!!! I was mortified and offered thestore owner to check my bag and the girl's bags as well. I don't think she quite knew what to say, lol. Needless to say, I'm not sure we will go back there! Oh Giselle 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
Other than that, it was basically a pleasant day. The girls listened to an audio book for a few hours today while it rained. In the afternoon when the sun came out we went to town and later back to the beach. I was able to take some macro photos with my phone and the special lense I have for it - that was so fun!
But the most exciting part of the day was Kylar starting class! He does 2 hours of training in the morning, and 2 hours in the afternoon. He said he was able to answer a question that no other student of hers ever had, and she said he is catching on super fast. Of course he is! I'm so excited for him.
If I can ask for prayer for a few things...
*Amara's attitude is really trying. She doesn't do well with change and is making life a bit miserable. And I haven't figured out how to best help her past this and/or give consequences in this small, shared space.
* That I will have patience. I now realize how much of Giselle's chatter usually happens downstairs or outside... now that it's always around my ears, I'm having to adjust and try to be kind while teach her that sometimes it's ok NOT to talk so our ears can rest! Oh my word...
* PRAISE!! We have been sleeping well! This has been my biggest concern and worry all along about this trip. Praying it continues. Everything is more manageable with a good sleep.

She is determined to catch a fish with a stick and some sea weed!
